i'm sure you already have plans to do example Interfaces ... and you'll probably start over with newer code ... but i'm converting the older 3.11 examples primarily as an exercise in porting v3.11 to v4.0 and thought they would be useful to others trying the same thing ... so i'm not actually concerned with you accepting this pull-request ... just putting it out there :)
