Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Dependencies are throwing vulnerability warnings that can only be fixed by updating them, requiring Vue 3 to come into the equation.

Describe the improvements or features
Setting up Vue 3, and all of its dependencies.

Additional context

  • Packages that need to be updated before continuing with Vue 3 in this project:
    • vue: 2.6.12 -> 3.2.31
