Proposed changes

Bump 0.1.0 to 0.2.0

This PR will push updates from the ~last month to external package managers.

• fix: rename helpers #51 Rename Helpers
• fix: Correct PIO builds #52 PIO builds
• [WIP] refactor: timestamps #53 ref/ timestamps
• feat: transaction to JSON #54 feat/ Json

#55 will need merged first, then this PR will need updated.

These are primarily feature additions added in a backwards compatible manner, and were non-breaking.
