This is a solution for Masters thesis work and aims at predicting the patient mortality from the MIMIC-III v1.4 Database

About :

This work focus on predicting 48-hour mortality for the ICU patients from MIMIC-III Database with below objectives :

1. Mortality prediction and benchmarking of the results
2. Finding the relation between physiological variables and the mortality outcome
3. Use SHAP additive explainer for explaining the prediction
