This release removes dependency_injection from the requirements.

1.0 is the first stable version of the new aspen library. If you're trying to upgrade from an older version of the aspen package, then you should migrate your code to use pando instead. No migration guide has been written, so you'll have to look at these pull requests to get an idea of the various changes.

If you've already migrated to Pando and you're upgrading from 1.0rc7, then your code doesn't need to be updated, because the only change is the removal of a DeprecationWarning.
