All setup instructions have been moved to the ala internal wiki.

Jobs have been created for most playbooks, and are working with a few exceptions (doi & phylolink waiting for the nginx enhancements, spatial-portal disabled because it requires 64bit, auth for failing for an unknown reason when restarting tomcat).

Still need to do:

  • configure email for notifications
  • use AWS EC2 64bit VM instead of local vagrant

Looks like we'll need to move this to a different server. Closing this task since all the work for getting jenkins set up and fixing the various playbooks/inventory has been done. #104 created for the remaining tasks.
