Description
aggregate_monthly_plays is missing some data in the beginning. probably because the first update is huge. updating it so it processes at most 1 M plays at a time. rebuilding the existing table from scratch.
Tests
tested on stage.
Monitoring - How will this change be monitored? Are there sufficient logs / alerts?
