Description
Archiving more plays so we can clear up disk space. After this goes out, I want to drop the plays_archive entirely and have this job prune up to the past year.
I reviewed all our uses of the Plays table to make sure this is still safe to do. In the worst case we can move archived plays back. It's just a layer of safety.

Monitoring - How will this change be monitored? Are there sufficient logs / alerts?
