/tg/ style observer follow links

Adopts the /tg/ style of ghost follow links. This is to make clicking them a less of a PITA when you're a ghost. All links tested as functional and properly formatted.

Example:

(F) Mary Sue says, "I am here to meme."
(F|E) SomeAI says, "Hello. I am HAL."
(F|B) Dead Dude says, "i ded plz restart."

Not a fan of this change, the /tg/ style links are smaller & less obvious as to what they do.

In sight of large ass monitors, I modified the links to be bigger:

[F][B][E]

With the square brackets clickable as well.
