It appears that the only way to get a billing address on a customer payment profile is on the Add methods (add e-check or add credit card). I can't see any direct way to update the billing address after the fact. This commit tries to solve this.

This PR combines two PRs that are good and would have conflicts. Then it removes the SUO file which is a user file and should not be in the repo. Lastly, it also includes the git ignore file which should be used to manage the satellite files generated by the build tools.
