What does the pull request do?
Since current layout inspector allow for editing several layout properties, I've figured it might be useful to also allow for quickly visualizing and adjusting alignment.
What is the current behavior?
One can check alignment in the data grid.

Also cleaned up devtools a bit, control details page was quite huge right now.
