I'm pretty convinced of this now: the actions from node 8 mean that an an unbounded repetitions of C/D would not tell the strategy what to play when faced with a D without knowing which state it is in. |

Looking at Figure 4, I'm pretty sure this has infinite memory length: node 7 corresponds to infinite defections.
