Stable release of AxxSolder v2.1.3-revC

REV C implements a change in the BOM
C25 is a 0805 capacitor, not a 1206.

REV B implements a change in component values on the PCB:
Without this change the output voltage from the DC/DC will be 0.596 V. With this change the output voltage vill be the correct 5 V.
C24 should be 100 nF, not 10 uF
R28 should be 100 kOHM, not 49.9 OHM
R27 should be 49.9 OHM, not 100 kOHM

Changes from previous release (AxxSolder v2.1.1):

  • Implemented software filtering for inputs. Increased switching frequency lead to some EMI disturbances and noise on the inputs to AxxSolder. Filtering these helpts to get clear signals.
  • Increased switching frequency from 106 Hz to 21.25 kHz. This helps with smoothing out current draw from power supply.
  • Implemented EMERGENCY_SLEEP, both for overtermperature and if the iron is kept on for too long.
  • Implement function to automatically detect and select the proper handle type based on status of the HANDLE_DETECTION_Pin, which is connected to Pin BLUE inside the JBC T210 handle connector.
  • Implement function to halt heating of AxxSolder by pressing the encoder button. Heating halted is toggled between each button press. This is especially useful for the portable version where it is not always possible to rest the iron onto the aluminium plate to get it into sleep mode.
  • Add version number to SETTINGS screen.
  • Change serial baudrate to 115200.
  • Updated schematic to reflect new naming of inputs, Stand_inp and Handle_inp.
  • Updated the BOM with 10u capacitors with higher voltage rating. Capacitor C6 was before rated too low.
  • Updated connector selection in BOM to make it more clear which connector to use for which AxxSolder product.
  • Updated images showing the connections on AxxSolder Station and Portable.
