Comments tab under legislation processes proposals out of position

Current behavior

While navigating through the application on a development environment (specifically, under http://localhost:3000/legislation/processes/:process-id/proposals/:proposal-slug), I came across the following:

The Comments tab is out of position, next to the browser's border

Expected behavior

The aforementioned tab should be positioned like this (taken from http://localhost:3000/proposals/:proposal-slug):
