Para mejorar la conversión en la url /vota queremos utilizar A/B para ver que diseño genera más registros

Actualizar la vista en /vota para utilizar A/B testing
Añadir un dashboard para revisar la conversión de registros de cada versión
Añadir las versiones de los diseños
Utilizar Vanity en lugar de Split (para no tener que configurar Redis)

WIP rama a-b-testing

Notas de despliegue:
Subir nuevo secrets.yml con username/password para el Dashboard de Vanity
