This PR makes the PXE add note processors for each stored key in the keystore when it is started. This way any previously stored accounts start syncing with the chain immediately.

Each tx consists of a batch call to create_note and increment_balance, which guarantees that each tx has a private call, a nested private call, a public call, and a nested public call, as well as an emitted private note, an unencrypted log, and public storage read and write.

This benchmark source data is available in JSON format on S3 here.

Values are compared against data from master at commit 43aa603f and shown if the difference exceeds 1%.

This PR adds a persistent database to PXE. I've created a new package in
the monorepo called `@aztec/kv-store` which exports a set of general
data structures that can be used by components to store state in
consistent manner. The only implementation right now is with LMDB (both
persisted on disk and in-memory/temporary file).

This higher level abstraction allowed me to easily add storage to ~PXE's
note processors, its synchronizer and~ the key store too.

Fix #3364 

Changes to the synchronizer and note processors have been taken out and
will be merged in a separate PR (as part of #3570) because it will
require some changes to the benchmarking code.

Curious if there's any difference between first restoring and then starting or the other way around

I think adding after starting the synchronizer will run one interation of the work loop without any note processors attached.

feat: persist pxe state (AztecProtocol#3628)

This PR adds a persistent database to PXE. I've created a new package in
the monorepo called `@aztec/kv-store` which exports a set of general
data structures that can be used by components to store state in
consistent manner. The only implementation right now is with LMDB (both
persisted on disk and in-memory/temporary file).

This higher level abstraction allowed me to easily add storage to ~PXE's
note processors, its synchronizer and~ the key store too.

Fix AztecProtocol#3364 

Changes to the synchronizer and note processors have been taken out and
will be merged in a separate PR (as part of AztecProtocol#3570) because it will
require some changes to the benchmarking code.

Synch changes here AztecProtocol#3673

This PR makes the PXE add note processors for each stored key in the
keystore when it is started. This way any previously stored accounts
start syncing with the chain immediately.
