I had already written a lot of this before so just adding to the other macros since then

- Unconstrained Execution: Public functions are marked as unconstrained, meaning they don't generate proofs and are executed directly by the sequencer.

Is the struct name the only input to the hash to generate the id? is there any possibility / concern with note type id collisions?

currently yes it looks like this, but it's going to be nuked and i assume a better note type ID fn will exist. will have to keep an eye on this

Note type id should be unique only within the same contract (please correct me if I'm wrong @benesjan) There's still the possibility of importing two different note structs of the same name from different packages, but that breaks a bunch of other things (such as the automatic implementation of compute_note_hash_and_optionally_a_nullifier) and forces the user to manually override. At any rate this is going to be revised very soon when noir metaprogramming comes online.
