Set a Default Docker private registry #316

According to this Docker issue:

moby/moby#33069

to set a docker private registry we can use --registry-mirror that way you protect from pulling images from public registries.

In order to achieve that in AKS, Do we need to ssh to the nodes and configure this or exists another way to do it?
