RBAC is not available in Public Preview but is on our Roadmap for GA.

@slack You closed #142 in favor of this issue (#67), but this issue is closed. Can you reopen this issue so we can track when RBAC will be GA? The status of RBAC support in GA AKS is important for us (the Linkerd and Conduit projects) to track.
