Add Node Pool Support

It would be very helpful to have an update on this.

We are currently considering move out of AKS to workaround this. As the alternative is to rebuild the whole cluster might as well move to a service that supports vertical scaling.

Multiple node pools are in active private preview (for testing) and on track for GA within the next 2 months. Status will be posted on our public roadmap here on github.
