Must have registration for all OSS components used

Our CI/CD process ( #25 ) needs to include registrations for each OSS component we're using

We need to do two registrations for each component -

1. that we're using it internally
2. that we're distributing it

I read through the document. Maybe missing point is NOTICE and Legal review part. I'm not sure if it is required or not. I'm asking people about it. Do you know it?

I think Legal review is required. Check with CELA. I tagged you on a post in Teams with CELA where I brought this up.

The old one is not connected to the new repository, I had to create a new one. Just want to double check that the OSS registration is done properly there too

Are we using the new one, or the old one? If the old one is old, please remove it.
I will ensure that all the OSS registration is done automatically through the new automated process as per https://docs.opensource.microsoft.com/tools/cg.html, as the other tool is being deprecated and shouldn't be used anymore.
