@pinwang81 we are no longer putting the specs in azure-sdk-for net, we are using this repo: https://github.com/azure/azure-rest-api-specs to store and version the specs, and your code here should refer to a uri in that repo. See the readme there for additional details, and let us know if you have any questions

This is an old file format. Please copy the file from Storage folder.
