Polished Crystal V. 1.0 Release

This is the initial release of Polished Crystal. The goal of this version of Crystal is to improve and modernize different parts of the game.

This version brings a large amount of changes (because it's the first).

• Rematch all trainers by talking to them
• Restore JPN versions of some sprites
• Each pokemon has their own party menu sprite
• Replace the Goldenrod PkMn Center with the PokeCommunication center
• Set the clock from the main menu easily
• Removed artificial save delay
• Greater shiny chance (1/512)
• Symbols show if a wild Pokemon is caught or shiny
• Receive XP from caught Pokemon
• Added ability to decline phone calls
• Unlimited use TMs
• 75% fishing success rate
• Hold B to run
• Made Celebi event available
• Added evolution options for happiness/traded/traded w/ item type evolutions
• All non-legendary Pokemon are available (legionaries to come soon)
• Move levels slightly modified
• Updated text in variety of places
