Initially listed in #3.

  • Support for dual-echo gradient-echo images to calculate field map. The estimate could then be provided to eddy via the --field option (this would require corresponding updates to MRtrix3).

  • Support for data without either reversed phase-encode spin-echo EPI images or GRE-based field map data. This could be done using something like BBR, or using methods currently under private development.
