OSMserializer 1.8 pre-release

To use this serializer, please download the jar file and put it in the plugin folder of Bimserver.

Currently we are wrapping up our project and we have been updating and debugging our serializer. In this case, please note that this version of serializer might not be the same as the final version. However, please feel free to try it out and let us know your issues using it.
