Allow moving BOINC data directory from internal storage to an SD card

IIRC, the mount point for the SD card on Android has the noexec flag specified.

I see no easy way to split data (non-executable) files from executable files inside BOINCDATA folder.
Assuming that SD card mounted on Android device has noexec flag on I propose to close this ticket.
