PR #5176 requires wxWidgets 3.1.6. This PR:

  • Updates the Mac Xcode project, source files and build scripts for wxWidgets 3.1.6 and Xcode 14.3.
  • Fixes dependency build scripts for changes in the way the patch utility expects its arguments.
  • Changes missed OS 10.10 references in build scripts to OS 10.13 for consistency and completeness.
  • Fixes a compiler warning.

This PR is ready to be merged. I examined all the dialogs and UI elements in both Advanced and Simple Views and fixed any problems I found, but it needs thorough testing upon the next alpha release.
