Wrong script files for migration to iSkyLIMS v2.0.x #56

The migration script files for collecting information to the new iSkyLIMS version 2.0.x have some bugs when fetching some information before the upgrade.

Solved.
Scripts are updated in the hotfix of iSkyLIMS v2.0.2
