[NGE] - Given a data set of positional Values, ability to get the min and max from that list #14295

It would be useful to be able to pull the min and max values from positional values of vertices of a mesh.

This could be useful in cases where you want to preserve the geometry's shape relative to itself, but morph it in new ways.
