• Area:

  • number of pixels labelled as part of the cell

• Perimeter:

  • number of pixels in contact with the background or another cell

• Major and minor axis (Length and Width):

• Local Background (baseline):

  • average fluorescence of the pixels in a 30px radius around the cell, ignoring the pixels in a 10px radius

• Fluorescence Median:

  • median fluorescence for each subcellular region

• Fluorescence Ratio:

  • median(septum) / median(membrane)

• Fluorescence Ratio 25%:

  • median(25% brightest pixels of the septum) / median(membrane)
