2.1 Image Loading

1. Click Load Base Image
2. Select image to load
3. Compute mask (see more in next section)
4. Load fluorescence image
5. Load secondary image (if you have it)

Optional image is not used for measurements, only base and fluorescence. Can be used to distinguish between cell populations or to load DNA labelling for cell cycle classification
