Project Name: Invitation Letter Generator
A simple Python script to generate personalized invitation letters using a template and a list of invited names.
This project provides a Python script that reads a starting letter template from Input/Letters/starting_letter.txt and a list of invited names from Input/Names/invited_names.txt. It then generates personalized invitation letters by replacing the [name] placeholder in the template with the actual names and saves the letters in the Output/ReadyToSend folder.
Follow these steps to use the Invitation Letter Generator:

Place your starting letter template in
Input/Letters/starting_letter.txt. -
Add the list of invited names, one per line, in
Input/Names/invited_names.txt. -
Run the
main.pyscript to generate the invitation letters. -
The generated letters will be saved in the
Output/ReadyToSendfolder.
