Updated terra functions

One of the functions in terra has changed its name, so I sorted that out!

Pushing towards full terra support

Moved a few functions over to work with Terra. Otherwise minor tweaks here and there to ensure consistent behaviour when you change file names and things of that nature.

Fixed functions and docs

Some of the docs do not have examples yet removed the example calls to minimize the errors during build. Examples will be added at a later date.
