Ubuntu 18.04 *can* build it again since BambooTracker@ec68837, so we should revert the change to the instructions in the READMEs as well.

With #28 being resolved, we should revert the README instructions to reference 18.04 again.
Also corrects a small typo in the configuration dialogue.
