AR companion code

Companion code (RNA-seq pre-processing, STED image macros, and statistical analyses) to assess the activity of novel small-molecules that target condensates formed by the androgen receptor in prostate cancer cell lines.

Results are summarized in "Rational Optimization of a Transcription Factor Activation Domain Inhibitor" by Basu et al.
