This repository contains the stand-along VARSCOT pipeline as well as the workflows used to construct the model.
VARSCOT_pipeline contains the pipeline and associated files
workflow contains the data and scripts to build the off-target scorign model used by VARSCOT
Please note that some of the files contained within this repository are large (>100MB). To download using git, users will need to install git-lfs (https://git-lfs.github.com/).
