Revert "Bans Eris sprites"

Reverts #5769

2 reasons.

1. Selfmerges are cringe and you should feel bad
2. TG sprites were literally born out of the eris aesthetic. Everything post ports sprites from Endless-Horizon/CEV-Eris tgstation/tgstation#28285 started to take that on, so by banning eris sprites you basically banned your existing sprite palette. Bravo.

I don't think the whole thing was well discussed at all and banning all the sprites from one codebase is stupid.

Firstly there is absolutely no reason for this to be made, secondly it will screw up loot and make all these items more common, thirdly, one and possibly more items price changes are direct violation to contributing guidelines, you should try reading them.
