Yes, we can't edit player's settings with command. There's only one way with gui.

Describe the solution you'd like us to implement.

Is it possible to add "/[label]admin settings [player] [setting title] [right level]" ?

You will need to delete your locales file (plugins/BentoBox/locales/BentoBox/en-US.yml) to see the new help for admin settings, but the options are:

/bsb settings [world flag] [Active/Disable]
/bsb settings [player] [protection flag] [minimum rank for access]
/bsb settings [player] [settings flag] [Active/Disable]
