Deaths Reset On Reset

Description
Death Count is persistant after reset

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Die (rip)
See deaths in /ai/is level
reset island
still see deaths in ai/is level

Expected behavior
All deaths to be wiped upon island reset

This issue should be in level-addon :)
And on first look, it looks like it is not implemented yet :(

So this addon still have settings that are not used:

• maxDeaths
• teamJoinDeathReset
• sumTeamDeaths
