Tidy up hovers some

The documentation hovers are a bit messy. They format the docs as preformatted text, making them strange to read. Also we could tell in the hover wether it's a macro or not, and wether it is both a special form and a macro. It will make it clearer why you can navigate to some special forms, but not others.
