Repl ns-sync enhancement

Currently when the option for namespace sync is active the file change sync the ns to the active window repl.

But i think it would be better to only snyc the namespace when it is the correct file type.
For example when i open a cljs file the cljs repl should sync the namespace and not the clj repl.

Because sometimes i then can't evaluate anything in the repl until i change the namespace to something else that is a clj file.
