Parameter hints popup should be off by default

While the function parameter hint is often very useful, it is also quite annoying to some (including me) in that it pops up automatically and hides code.

I'm talking about this hover:

It is quite easy to pop it open on demand. cmd+shift+space on Mac, (probably ctrl+shift+space on other systems).

If possible Calva should make set the automatic parameter hint to off for Clojure files. And then people can opt in instead.
