Bitcoin RM (codename BCRM) is a fork of the Bitcoin blockchain that will occur on August 30, 2018 Eastern Daytime Time.
This is the first smart fork of Bitcoin. We start with a clean blockchain, without copying the blockchain of Bitcoin. We take a snapshot of UTXOs on August 20, 2018. The original Bitcoin blockchain will continue on unaltered. As a result of this process, a new cryptocurrency will be born.
This is the staging tree of Bitcoin RM. If you don’t understand what you are doing, please don’t compile and run your own client from the staging tree.
