POC-datasets

This repo contains the raw data and analysis syntax for the manuscript titled: “Smarphone-mediated neurobehavioral testing”.

CSV files:

• EBC_df.csv: CSV file containing raw eyeblink conditioning data
• PPI_df.csv: CSV file containing raw prepulse inhibition data
• HAB_df.csv: CSV file containing raw startle habituation data

R Notebook files:

• EBC.Rmd: R notebook file for analysis of EBC_df.csv
• PPI.Rmd: R notebook file for analysis of PPI_df.csv
• HAB.Rmd: R notebook file for analysis of HAB _df.csv
