This pull request updates the documentation and tutorials for NeuroM.
Installation instructions have been deduplicated/streamlined as they were also included in the tutorials directory. Warnings in the documentation build have also been fixed.
Memoized attributes were not correctly showing their docstrings due to the wrapper. This has been corrected.
Tutorial notebook
neurom_tutorialhas been updated to work with py3.6. Additionally, the tutorial documentation now includes a link to launch the tutorial notebook using MyBinder.
