When people first start with Helios, they often use profiles supplied by others. Captain Zeen creates and hosts many DCS Profiles on his site.
Helios 1.4 does not have built in tools for taking all the files that support a profile and placing them in the right locations. In this version of Helios, care must be taken to follow the instructions of the profile developer and place the files correctly.
Many things can go wrong during this process and represent common hurdles for even experienced users of Helios. This section lists some of those problems and how to either fix them or get help:
Both the Profile Editor and the Control Center support options when started from the command line.
Command line options are displayed in a message box if either application is started with invalid options. H1.6
