[Feature request] Export responsive html

If you add in the exported html this:

<meta name = "viewport" content = "width = device-width, initial-scale = 1, maximum-scale = 1">

In mobile browsers it would adapt.
I would like to do a pull request but I do not know where to add this code snippet.
