Buddhilive JavaFX Browser was created in 2014 by Buddhi Kavindra as result of his study on JavaFX. The source code of the software is hosted as a open source project on Google Code on 9th February 2015. The Source code was released under brand name "Cybomedia Technologies" and the browser was named "Buddhi JavaFX Browser". Later on 1st July 2015, Buddhi Changed Cybomedia Technologies name to "Buddhilive Developers". After two years Buddhi change the source code and the project name according to his new brand name. So on 04th February 2017, Buddhi JavaFX Browser was renamed as "Buddhilive JavaFX Browser".
