Restrict columns in grids / Add form fields

When I added a new table, I chose to let BB "Generate screens in the design section". After the initial generation of the table from a csv file, I added new columns. Now I have got two questions:

1. The grid in the auto generated screen shows all columns, including auto columns. Is there a way to set which columns are supposed to be shown in the grid, and in which order?

2. The form only shows fields for the columns that were created during the initial generation of the table, but not for any columns added afterwards. How can one add fields for any further columns?
