Release configlayer v0.1.2
CHANGES:
- Fixed save/load files on windows (not utf-8 by default)
- Added export/import hooks for pathlib.Path usage without custom Field
- Added non-standard symbols to tests
- Added package version
- Simplified tests modification
- Fixed GitHub badges generation (genbadge use deprecated Pillow method)
